Superman Saves Store's Bacon

24 year old Luke Junior from Sheffield, was taking part in a charity event, when he saw a suspected shoplifter run out of the store, so he ran after him and restrained him until the police arrived.

He also happened to be dressed as Superman at the time. And he performed his action to the sounds of the classic Superman theme tune playing out over the local PA system.

The suspected shoplifter was charged with stealing £10 of bacon, pled guilty and is awaiting sentence.

Apparently Junior has a ferret called Kal-El.superman
