The Jim Henson Gallery is to house a new, permanent exhibition at New York’s Museum of Modern Art. I’ll see you there.

The exhibition was announced yesterday at a press conference that was caught, handicam style, by YouTube user Apple Juice Dance. Here’s the video picking up just before Piggy arrives, running through to Oscar’s lovely Carol Spinney joke.

Incidentally, the Museum is located pretty much next door to the studios where Sesame Street is filmed. This NYC zipcode must pack the highest concentration of Muppet DNA in the world.
