The Credit That Warren Ellis Gets, And Orson Scott Card Does Not

Basically most anything being published by Marvel Comics will be collected in some form of paperback or hardcover. And books that have eight volumes already will probably get a ninth. But what else is on the way?

Remarkably, the repackaged Ender's Game comic, released in time for the movie, managed not to mention Orson Scott Card in the title on Amazon's credits. Do you think that will be enough to avoid a protest and/or boycott? No, me neither. Left is how Marvel used to do it…

Marvel Two-In-One joins the Marvel Masterworks line.

The second Thor movie is coming which means lots of Thor stuff. Including a The Warriors Three: The Complete Collection, 384 pages worth, a Thor Epic Collection: War of the Pantheons, Marvel Universe Thor Digest, Marvel Universe Thor Comic Reader 1, Marvel Universe Thor Comic Reader 2, Thor by Walter Simonson Volume 2,

We also get a weighty Avengers: West Coast Avengers Omnibus Volume 2, 768 pages in length, a similarly sized Fantastic Four by Jonathan Hickman Omnibus Volume 1, an Oversized HC Hawkeye Volume 1 which has win all over it, a 352 page S.H.I.E.L.D. by Jim Steranko: The Complete Collection,, a revival of X-Men: X-Corps, a much welcome reprint of Avengers: Kree/Skrull War, and an inevitable Thanos: Redemption.

And while Warren Ellis may be rather looking forward to the OGN with Mike McKone, Avengers: Endless Wartime. he may not be looking forward to as much this collection from yesteryear – X-Men: Storm by Warren Ellis & Terry Dodson. His name in the title, folks! Which is more than Orson Scot Card will get now.
