Today’s teasing Twitter picture from Amazing Spider-Man 2 director Marc Webb is a sign for the Ravencroft Institute. This is the closest thing that Earth 616 has to Arkham Asylum, I suppose.

Now, I don’t know why the film is coming to this location, but the listing of “Voltage Cells” might be something of a clue.
