All New Age Of Batman And Robin – ComiXology All Over The World

The Age of Ultron has begun, and all tremble in its wake… unless you happen to be in the business of selling comic books, in which case you are quite delighted that Ultron has decided to conquer the Marvel Universe. Yes, it is mega cross-over time once again for Marvel, and the Big Event follow-up to last year's Avengers vs. X-Men looks to be just as big of a seller, dominating most of the sales charts throughout the week.

The other big mover-and-shaker to watch out for this week is DC's run of Batman and Robin. The low sale price after a DC sale drought on ComiXology matches DC's other big seller, Injustice: Gods Among Us, and it looks like the trend of stellar sales for big-name comics at that price will be continuing. How much longer will it be before other publishers try to cash in on the varying price points? There is clearly a strong market for smaller and cheaper titles rather than the traditional monthly format. We might be seeing the beginnings of a larger step in figuring out this new digital worl.

Oh, and Russia and China have found out from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic that friendship can be magical, just maybe not with each other…
