Jaw-Dropping First Trailer For Avi Arad’s Robosapien Movie – Sean McNamara Has Done It Again

Somewhere between Short Circuit and Mac & Me, this trailer for the much-delayed Robosapien movie is right in the wheelhouse of Bratz, Casper Meets Wendy and Baby Geniuses: Baby Squad Investigators director Sean McNamara.

This is what Spider-Man producer Avi Arad does these days. You might see his name pop up on the odd Sony-based Marvel movie here and there, but his actual, hands-on film production leads us to spectacles like the one above.

For a good example of just this kind of film, might I recommend Stephen Chow’s CJ7? It’s not the subgenre that doomed Robosapien* – it’s the execution.

*Okay, I haven’t seen the film itself but this trailer is doom.
