Trailer For Batman Documentary Legends Of The Knight

Despite an appearance from our very own Dennis O’Neil and an interesting looking “subplot” with Batman producer Michael Uslan, who explains his drive to get the ’89 movie made, this seems to be a film “by the fans and for fans.”

It looks less like any kind of investigative or even inquisitive documentary than a love-in, almost a worship session.

From the film’s YouTube page:

Together, WE ARE BATMAN!

But… but… isn’t he a bit of a fascist? I always found a lot of those arguments pretty compelling. Not that I’m not a Batman comics and film fan too, mind. I just don’t identify with him like that. I certainly don’t think of him as a role model.

There’s a Kickstarter project to raise funds for the film’s completion.
