Guillermo Del Toro Bringing Back Pacific Rim’s Charlie Hunnam For More With Ghost Story Crimson Peak

Just a brief newslet, but a lovely vote of confidence for Pacific Rim‘s lead, Charlie Hunnam: according to Variety, Guillermo Del Toro wants him back for Crimson Peak, his  “gothic romance,” and negotiations are underway now.

Emma Stone is expected to take the female lead.

Crimson Peak might be very near the top of Del Toro’s long, long To Do List but he’s still not going to start shooting for a year.

Still, to get to the bottom of the list Del Toro would have to live to be 8,000 years old. Crimson Peak is one of the lucky ones.
