Video: Buffy Stunt Co-Ordinator Releases His Archive Of Behind The Scenes Footage

Jeff Pruitt was the stunt co-ordinator for many episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer and between the breaking glass and stakings, kept a camera running.

We should be grateful that he’s now posted this footage to Youtube (via Whedonesque) as Buffy’s DVD supplements are, relatively speaking, pretty thin.

Obviously, many of these moves are designed to look good from other angles. Here you’ll see just how far some blows are from connecting, and the soundtrack isn’t as nearly as “plank on watermelon” as we’re used to.

Doubling for Buffy, at least some of the time, is Sophia Crawford who we’ll next see, whether we realise it or not, in the next GI Joe movie.
