A List Of UK Cinemas Now Booking For The Hobbit In 48fps HFR – UPDATED QUINCE

Many of the UK cinemas that will play The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey in Peter Jackson‘s preferred 48fps higher frame rate version are now taking bookings.

Now Vue have added their screens that means two of my local cinemas will be screening the film in 48fps HFR. I’m over the moon.

And now Cineworld have, finally, published their list of 48fps HFR locations too.

The UK is going forward with 48fps in a way that many other countries aren’t. I hope the rewards are evident.
