Murky and sulky, this trailer for City of Bones is perfectly pitched at the YA market that made Cassandra Clare‘s original novel a hit.
Looks like the half-forgotten Franklyn just without the interesting ‘catch’ which made that one particularly interesting.
Still, I’m glad there’s a real move towards female protagonists in these big teen adventures. We were coming up short on that front for such a long time.
