Watch The First Two Episodes Of Battlestar Galactica: Blood And Chrome

Patrick Dane writes for Bleeding Cool

Battlestar Galactica really is great. Not as a sci-fi show but just as a TV show. If you haven’t checked it out yet, you definitely should. So it is surprising that it took SyFy so long to come around to making a new series and, when they did, decide to make it for the web.

But now these two episodes are up for you to see if they made the right choice.

The series will eventually be put together into a movie, which will debut on the Syfy channel in 2013, to see if the episodes work as a cohesive whole. Focusing on a younger William Adama is certainly an interesting idea, but will it be worthy of the original series? Well, it is probably too early to tell.
