Cameron Diaz Goes Cowgirl In Clip From Coen-Scripted Con Movie, Gambit

This big chunk of Gambit would work better in context. What you see is all part of an elaborate con, and the set up was well worth knowing. What’s more, a lot of these beats are set up for things that come later.

Essentially, it’s a really, really odd clip to choose as a standalone promotion for the film.

Still, here’s over two minutes of out-of-context Cameron Diaz, Alan Rickman and Colin Firth. While Joel and Ethan Coen wrote the screenplay, Michael Hoffman directed the picture.

Thanks to Digital Spy for the embed. Gambit is released in the UK on Wednesday 21st November, but there’s no US date set just yet.
