Next Spring’s Rise of the Technovore is to be a full length, anime-styled toon pitting Iron Man against Ezekial Stane and his armour-besting bio-weapons. Suit vs. creepy crawly buggy stuff seems to be the recurring theme of the 2013 Iron Men.
Here’s the first trailer, as premiered at NYCC today.
And that was your first look at an anime-styled Nick Fury, War Machine, Black Widow, Punisher and Hawkeye – at least it was if you didn’t blink. Did they wear it well?
No Warren Ellis this time around, though there hardly was last time. Instead, Brandon Auman wrote this original story and Hiroshi Hamasaki directed, with MAD House providing the animation.
