Joss Whedon is set to write and direct The Avengers 2, while Christopher Nolan is guiding Man of Steel after his Batman trilogy has put Nightwing in the spotlight. Is it a good idea for Marvel Studios to hand the reins over to Joss Whedon and for Warner Brothers and DC Comics to do the same with Christopher Nolan? What does this potentially mean for Marvel movies and DC Comics movies? And has Christopher Nolan ruined any chance for a Justice League movie by introducing Joseph Gordon-Levitt as Nightwing? Are the future of comic book movies in good hands with Joss Whedon and Christopher Nolan?
