The first episode of new Doctor Who is going to premiere tonight at the BFI Southbank. We’re not officially there, but we have eyes and ears on the ground.
And we’re hearing whispers from the amassed that the transmission time for this next episode, The Asylum of the Daleks, is scheduled for Saturday August 25th. This is likely to be officially announced in the Q&A after the screening.
Looking at the announced schedules I see that the BBC have a two hour window of TBA from 6.20 to 8.20 that evening. The Doctor could go anywhere in there, I suppose.
It’s just a guess that he might be on at 6.20. It could just as easily be 7.30, or 7.20, depending on the duration of the particular episode.
Stay tuned, because our snoops on the Southbank are still looking and listening.
