Oliver Queen, billionaire, was lost at sea. When he came back, he had changed.

How exactly he has changed is the question in this new TV spot for Arrow, the CW’s Green Arrow show. It seems like a serious question, probing into vigilantism, the effects of isolation, Oliver Queen’s drives and motivations…

…and then he winked. Which kind of threw me off a little.

Still, it seems like Arrow might have something on its mind. I’m encouraged.
