Project IG’s 009 Re: Cyborg Trailer Overflows With Action… And Then There’s The Soft Drink…

The latest screen adaptation of Shotaro Ishinomori‘s Manga 009 Re:Cyborg is set for a wide release across Asia come this October. It has been directed by Eden of the East‘s Kenji Kamiyama and animated by the good folks of Production IG.

You’ll see that this trailer pretty much bursts from all the action jammed into it. The subsequent two videos are almost as jam packed but with Pepsi Nex. Whatever that is.*

And then there’s something longer, and more contemplative: a trailer that runs over four minutes. Looks groovy, though. I hope the eventual 3D Blu-ray is English friendly.

*No, I Googled it. It’s a zero calorie Pepsi variant developed by Suntory.
