Night Of The Living Dead Aftermath To Be Avatar's Big Hallowe'en Event

As an employee of Avatar Press, you might expect I'd get advance word on a story or two. Not a bit of it. All this was news to me, straiught from the Avatar panel at San Diego Comic Con

David Hine is to write Night Of The Living Dead: Aftermath, a major new series launching in October from Avatar Press set in the George Romero zombieverse, set in the life of one woman living in in Los Angeles in the seventies, as the zombie outbreak starts to take hold.

And just as Avatar did with the launch of the Crossed bi-weekly comic, they will be holding events in store around Hallowe'en to promote the comic book.

Avatar also announced that David Lapham's Caligula will get a second series, Caligula: Heart Of Rome, out in December.
