MangaWatch: Midtown gets some press on the basis that… women like manga. That's right, in 2012, this is a story.

Once an all-male domain, the store is seeing the refreshing surge of female clientele and they are all heading to the manga comic section! The store has been forced to line its shelves with titles like "Boys Over Flowers," "Gravitation" and "Fruits Basket", just for the babes who visit.

PurchaseWatch: Andrew Garfield buys Avengers comics, sparks media interest, clearly a publicity stunt.

But the mystery over whether Spider-Man will join Thor, Hulk and Iron Man in a crime-fighting super sequel may have been blown apart after actor Andrew Garfield was spotted with a bundle of Avengers magazines under his arm.

And I bet you can guess where he bought them…
