UK Trailer And Poster For Ruby Sparks Differ Greatly From The US Versions

Written by and starring Zoe Kasdan in the title role, Ruby Sparks is either a gross indulgence in the myth of the manic dream pixie girl or the perfect cudgel to bash it to death. I’m rooting for the latter because I like the cast, and loved Little Miss Sunshine, the first film from directors Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris.

Here’s the new UK trailer for the film.

I’ll remain optimistic. All the way until October, it seems, as that’s when the film will be opening here in the UK.
