When Buildings Fall In Love
Yesterday saw the release of the second trade in writer Charles Soule's Image series 27 (27: Second Set), but that's not his only story out this week.  Over on the Trip City website, sort of an online literary salon set up by stalwart indie creator Dean Haspiel, he's released Sal & Chrys, a short fable about a self-storage warehouse in Brooklyn that falls in love with the Chrysler Building.  Half paean to New York City, half class-warfare soap, it's quite possibly the only story featuring anthropomorphized architecture you're likely to read today.  A bit of preview art below, and read the whole thing here:
