Thief Of Thieves Steals eBay

Thief Of Thieves Steals eBayIt took a long time for Robert Kirkman's The Walking Dead to become a "hot" comic. But once it did, and then after the TV show was announced, the prices rose and rose and rose, with the first issue becoming the first modern day four figure comic book. And recent issues hitting two figures as the series continue to grow in success.

Now Robert Kirkman has a new comic out, Thief Of Thieves, which has already had a TV deal with AMC announced. And some people are taking no chances. The book has been burning up the shelves, with even the most recent issue performing aftermarket loop the loops.

Currently issue 1, first print, is actually selling for up to $50, with issue 2 hitting $13 and issue 3 for $10.

Issue 1 second print has sold for $18, issue 2 second print for $8

And as for those rare variants, the ComicsPRO issues given one per attending retailers are at $360… but get this, the Image Expo variant, sold openly to those who attended the show…

…now selling for OVER A HUNDRED DOLLARS.

Fuck me on a biscuit.
