Friday Trending Topics: Hulk! Smash.

Another batch of clips for The Avengers hit today and the sentiment in the forums mirrors my own… everything they’ve shown us looks pretty great. So much so that they’ve built up some rather tall expectations to meet. Will the film equal the anticipation for it? Won’t be long now until we know — Brendon tells us he should be able to see a review screening soon.

The Curious Recolouring Of Flex Mentallo

I bought my copies of Flex Mentallo off the stands, from Forbidden Planet in Newcastle I think. I loved Frank Quitely’s work, and was always surprised that no one else I knew seemed to. James Robinson And Philip Tan Bring You He-Man And The Masters Of The Universe Comic From DC

Six issues, starting in July, Masters Of The Universe, by Robinson and Tan. In an everything-you-knew-is-wrong twist with Skeletor as the conqueror of Eternia and the Castle Grayskull, and our heroes with no knowledge of the powerful characters they once was.
