David Lynch’s Music Video For His Own Song, Crazy Clown Time (And I Can’t Decide If It’s NSFW Or Not)

David Lynch wrote and recorded the song Crazy Clown Time, the title track to his recent album, and has now directed its music video.

I’m happier listening to this with the images than I was treating it just as audio. I strongly suspect that Lynch had these pictures in his head all along, and now that the video is made, the song is complete.

That’s probably the closest we’re going to get to new narrative filmmaking from Lynch for quite some time. Unless, of course, he produces videos for other tracks on the album.
