Jonathan Liebeseman Talks To Me About Wrath Of The Titans And, Yes, His Ninja Turtles Movie

As his latest movie, Wrath of the Titans, is arriving in US and UK cinemas this Friday, March 30th, I got to spend just a few minutes in a room with Jonathan Liebesman. We talked about Wrath, and then about Ninja Turtles, which will be his next picture.

My role here, I think, was to play Devil’s advocate. Sort of. But I have to say Liebesman was pretty determined not to say anything that would get him in trouble with Turtle fans, no matter how I ran it at him – and I ran it at him from a couple of different, provocative angles, the better to get something new and exciting laid out on the table. Because that’s what we like, right? That’s why I spend my days watching and listening to interviews like this.

So, he was determined… but did still say something he shouldn’t have, mind. Keep your ears peeled.
