First Trailer For The Battlestar Galactica Prequel Blood And Chrome

This promo works the Girl With the Dragon Tattoo angle pretty hard. Who do they think they are – the Muppets?

That looks exciting enough, at least when shattered into fragments, that I don’t think I’ll be able to go another 24 hours without watching an episode of Battlestar. Word is that Blood & Chrome is a pretty pacey, explosive show, skewed towards action and spectacle. Is that what I want? I don’t think so, actually, but I won’t know until I see it.

Thanks to Ain’t It Cool for the embed. The promo apparently played at Wondercon this weekend. Most commentary seems focused on one of two things: the casting of Luke Pasqualino as the young William Adama, and the rather accomplished virtual environments. This show, you may have been able to discern, has been shot largely with green screen techniques.
