George Perez Confirms New DCU Inventory Issues

George Perez Confirms New DCU Inventory IssuesWhat with all those Non Disclosure Agreements going around, it's been hard to get any of the creators in question to go on the record with various policy initiatives at the company, with DC's official response to any question of late being that they decline to comment.

Such as the word we had a while back that DC Comics was preparing fill in issues for all the new 52 books in order to ensure the books stay on schedule. That in some cases the writer of the regular book had written a fill in issue, in some cases, it was another writer, in some cases the original writer wasn't even given the option of writing the fill in. For some it's a threat in case people don't work to schedule, for others it's a tryout for the book in question.

But try to get any confirmation from anyone that they're working on one and you might as well be talking to the wind.

So thank goodness for superstar George Perez on Facebook who writes;

Tonight, as I get closer to finishing my run on SUPERMAN and prepare for my next project (still only in the negotiation stage right now) I am starting to pencil an inventory issue of BIRDS OF PREY– just so I can draw some nice looking babes!

So the question is… what is George's next project? And who else is working on which fill ins? And will we ever see them?
