Two First Print Tintin Volumes Stolen By Couple

A Belgian couple are suspected of stealing two original first prints of Tintin graphic novels. The man, a white male aged around fifty was seen in the Royal Museum Of Mariemont in Belgium. He forced a window, broke in, and took a volume of Tintin au Congo from a glass case and concealed it in his jacket. The next week he stole Le Crabe aux pinces d'or another first print from a sale location in Namur, Belgium, which was recorded on camera. He was seen driving away in a blue Ford van with a woman, also seen in the Namur sale. The comics are valued at around eight thousand euros.
