Roy Skelton, The Voice Of Daleks, Cybermen, Zippy And George, Has Died

Roy Skelton, an actor and truly extraordinary voice actor, has passed away at the age of 79.

Here are some clips of his work.

In this next clip, he’s providing the voices of both Zippy and George, in conversation with one another. I’ve actually  been told that I sound like Zippy, which I secretly quite liked.

And this clip features Skelton talking about his appearances on Rainbow.

Three of the most distinctive and most loved voices in UK pop culture, and all from the one mouth. A great legacy.
