Bendis And DeConnick To Adapt Richard Castle's Non Existent Novels Into Comics

Bendis And DeConnick To Adapt Richard Castle's Non Existent Novels Into Comics

Okay, this gets metatextual.

Nathan Fillion plays the celebrity author Richard Castle in Castle on ABC, owned by Disney.

Now Brian Michael Bendis and Kelly Sue DeConnick are to write a graphic novel, Castle: Richard Castle's Deadly Storm based on the non-existent work within that TV show, the Derrick Storm mystery novels, drawn by Lan Medina, for Marvel, also owned by Disney.

You'll be able to see a bit of it in tonight's episode on Castle.

And buy it at the end of September.

ABC has already released two novels supposedly by Richard Castle, which did rather well. But this isn't them.

And how you adapt something that doesn't exist in the first place? I can't wait to find out…
