First Look At The X-Men First Class – Without A Big Watermark

A little bit earlier, MSN premiered the above image of the X-Men: First Class characters… and then unpremiered it. Not sure why. It’s still mentioned on a number of their pages.

The Daily Blam ran the image without credit and with a big fat watermark, and it spread like wildfire. But I held off until I could get you an unwatermarked version.

SECOND UPDATE: We’ve now got a bigger, better look at the characters.

UPDATE: Pietro from The Daily Blam has e-mailed me to say there was a hyperlink in the article, and that it was perhaps not readily obvious in the text as he’d posted from his iPad. Of the many sites to visit the Blam story, not a soul saw the link or any indication that MSN had first published the image, so this slip up was quite an unfortunate accident. Moral of the story – iPads are the devil? Discuss.

Similarly, Pietro tells me that watermarks the images because of guidance from the studios he works with. Not advice Rich or myself have ever received, which makes us feel rather like the studios don’t want to guide us. Tears.
