First Wednesday Comics Day For Britain Hits A Bump

First Wednesday Comics Day For Britain Hits A BumpTomorrow is the first day where British and Irish comic shops shift New Comics Day from Thursday to Wednesday.

Unfortunately a few books didn't make it across the pond, due to weather issues, with Image and Marvel feeling the brunt. Included the much flaunted Spawn #200, Star Wars Knight Errant #4, BPRD Hell On Earth Gods #1, Infinite Vacation #1, Walking Dead Weekly #2, Hack Slack: Me Without You, Halcyon #3, Savage Dragon #168, Dark Tower Gunslinger Little Sisters Eluria #2, Thor: Mighty Avenger #8, Incredible Hulks #620, Avengers Poster Book, Super Heroes #10, Black Panther: Man Without Fear #514, Daredevil Reborn #1, Deadpool #31, Amazing Spider-Man #651, Starborn #2 and Wolverine Goes To Hell Must Have.

And trade paperbacks Casonova: Luxuria, Avengers Citizen Kang, X-Men Forever 2: Back In Action, Dark Tower Gunslinger Journey Begins, Darkchylde Legacy & Redemption, Ender In Exile, Deathlok: Demolisher, Siege Dark Avengers, X-Factor: Second Coming, Sixth Gun and Spawn Endgame.

DC Comics seem to have no books affected. It was DC's Bob Wayne who pushed for Britain to get New Comics Day pushed to Wednesday. Looks like he's got himself a bit of a bonus this week.
