There’s not a huge amount of footage in the first trailer for Adam Green’s swampocalyptic Hatchet 2, which cries out for some joke about how the rest of it must have been hardcore Red Band stuff not suitable for all-ages audiences. You know this joke, it’s basically the same one that says a G-rated version of Scarface would be only thirty seconds long and the entire soundtrack would sound like morse code. Anyway – let’s just pretend I swung for a cunning Hatchet 2 variant on that joke and absolutely nailed it.
