Rex Royd – Frankie Boyle's Strip For CLiNT Magazine

It's actually rather charming.

Jonathan Ross and Mark Millar are to launch CLiNT Magazine at WH Smith. The popular British newsagent and supplier of paper and pens to generations will open its Victoria train station store in London to the CliNT crew, with Wossy and Milly on hand to hype, promote and sign the hell out of the new anthology comic book. 4pm on Thrsday, September 2nd, launch day at 4.30pm – and just before the rush hour traffic hits. I mean, Victoria station is always busy. But now it's about to get Jonathan Ross busy.

CLiNT magazine is composed of the debut of Kick Ass 2: Balls To The Wall from Mark Millar and John Romita Jr, the reprint serialisation of Jonathan Ross and Tommy Lee Edwards' Turf and Frankie Boyle's Rex Royd, which Millar describes as "imagine Lex Luthor… as seen by Frankie Boyle".

No mention of Boyle at the signing. Otherwise they'd probably have to shut Victoria station down.

Rex Royd – Frankie Boyle's Strip For CLiNT Magazine

Intriguingly, there's an American stand up on the circuit called Rex Boyd. Any relation?
