I can’t think of an obvious villain in the X-verse that might fit Kevin Bacon perfectly, but that doesn’t mean he shouldn’t take up such a role anyway. He’s sheer class, and now – get ready – he’s First Class.
Yeah. Apparently, Matthew Vaughn and Fox have come to Bacon with a job offer: join us and antagonise a whole generation of mini-mutants and their bald pate mentor, and probably the German guy that they’re friendly with now but will have a lot of trouble from later.
