Wossy Back On Telly, But Only After A Year Of Comics.

It was only last week that Jonathan Ross was announcing he was going to take a gap year from television to write comics. It looks like he only has a year, as  British commercial terrestrial channel ITV have announced that towards the end of 2011, Jonathan Ross will be hosting a new peak time show for the channel. But he assures readers on Twitter;

Thanks for all the congrats regarding ITV show. Am still taking year off first though. These comics won't write themselves…

With two issues of Turf out and the serialisation of the series due in CLiNT Magazine, the speculation must turn to what other series he may write during that period – and what will follow Turf in CLiNT. Could it be the potential Jill Thompson-linked supernatural rom com? Something else?

Maybe we can press him at San Diego Comic Con. Last year he wore Laurence Fishburne's actual suit from Event Horizon. This year he is threatening to walk around in this;
