2010 Frightfest Line Up Announced – And It’s Awesome

The opening and closing films for this year’s Frightfest were announced early: Adam Green’s Hatchet 2 and Daniel Stamm’s The Last Exorcism. Both are high profile titles, sure, and well buoyed by strong advance word but that’s not really all that Frightfest does. Going into last year’s program there was no way The Human Centipede was anybody’s most anticipated title but since the curtain came down, it’s definitely been the most talked about.

So which of these movies is going to be the next Human Centipede? Actually, looking at the list, I’ve got a feeling there’s going to be more than one…

Those who buy their tickets in person tomorrow will also be attended to a midday screening of The Final, a high school lynch-mob revenge flick. Will I see you there?
